Under the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) rules, individually formulated herbal preparations can only be dispensed after a consultation with an authorised practitioner. For this reason we cannot dispense in an ‘over-the-counter’ manner. If the Practitioner believes your condition is more serious than what can be adequately dealt with in 10 minutes (e.g chronic conditions), you may either be recommended to rebook a longer consultation or referred to another medical specialist - a refund for the consultation will not be made in such circumstances. This package must be paid at the time of booking. Formulations prescribed additional to listed inclusions will attract an additional fee.
